There is no charge to claim a listing. When it is clear you own or run the company, your details are corrected, your photos and links are added, and the listing shows a claimed mark. Expect a reply within about a week.
Ownership is checked one of two ways: an email from an address on your website's own domain, or a phone call to the number on your Google profile.
Give the company name, the city on the listing and the details that need fixing.
